This is an intensive training plan designed for larger organizations with stakeholders across multiple departments. Advanced Inbound Success Training is divided into three phases:

Phase One: HubSpot Kickoff and Implementation

  • Goal planning and kickoff
  • Standard technical set-up
  • Lead tracking implementation
  • Email and landing page implementation, including one email template and one landing page template
  • Salesforce.com or other CRM integration
  • Events and API configuration:

Phase Two: Product Training and Strategy Execution

  • Product training classes
  • One-on-one sessions with your consultant to review best practices and develop strategies around
    • Blogging and keyword research
    • Social media
    • Persona development
    • Calls-to-action and landing pages
    • Lead scoring
    • Email marketing
    • Workflows, lead nurturing, and lead segmentation
    • Analytics and measurement

Phase Three: Ongoing Strategy and Goal Achievement

  • Conclude initial deployment and training
  • Establish regular goal review and planning cycle with your account manager
