There’s no place like home -- that’s why we’re staying put! HubSpot is happy to share that we’ll continue to call Cambridge home as we’ve renewed our lease in The Davenport building at 25 First Street.

Equipped with popular perks and benefits like a fully stocked kitchen, a nap room complete with palm trees and a hammock, a camping-themed meditation room, Chromecast-enabled conference rooms, ping pong tables, collaboration spaces and much more, the space is more than simply an office. HubSpot’s global headquarters put an emphasis on providing employees with an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration and innovation -- where HubSpotters are happy to come to work every day.

“We’ve put a lot of thought into the space that we’ve created for HubSpotters in The Davenport and we’re happy that we’re able to stay,” said Ken Papa, HubSpot’s Director of Facilities. “HubSpotters are innovative, collaborative, and creative people and we’re proud to be able to provide them with a work environment that embodies and fosters those core values.”

HubSpot first occupied second-floor space in The Davenport in 2010, but as the company has grown, so too has our footprint within the building. The new, 12-year lease will allow for continued growth within the building in the next decade and beyond. HubSpot currently occupies 118,561 square feet of the building on the first, second and fourth floors and the new lease allows for the company to acquire up to an additional 66,867 square feet.

“We’re excited to be staying in Cambridge, our home since Brian and Dharmesh founded the company out of MIT. This lease gives us the ability to keep building a pillar tech company in the Boston area while staying close to our roots,” said JD Sherman, HubSpot President & COO

This news comes on the heels of a few other significant updates to HubSpot office spaces around the world. HubSpot’s EMEA headquarters will soon move to a larger location in Dublin  while the team in Syndey, Australia recently moved into a new, permanent space. HubSpot also announced the opening of its APAC headquarters in Singapore in October 2015.
