[Private Beta] Custom Feedback Surveys

What is it?

The ability to create feedback surveys with custom questions such as star ratings, radio selects, and single-line text fields.

Why does it matter?

In the past, users couldn't customize their survey questions. With customizable questions, users can create, send, and report on their own survey questions.

How does it work?

When creating a feedback survey, select "custom survey" when prompted to choose the survey type. You'll see the option to create a "custom survey".

Here you can choose and edit the survey questions within the feedback survey editor.
