Can I outsource inbound marketing initiatives (e.g., social media, ppc, blogging, PR) to the HubSpot services group?
HubSpot is not positioned to take on ongoing consulting or outsourcing projects, however we have many partners who are experts at inbound marketing and HubSpot who would be happy to help. To find a partner, please visit our partners page.
Can I skip the setup and go straight to the consulting?
To get the most value out of our consulting, you need to set up our software and gain a foundational understanding of the relevant inbound marketing concepts. Therefore, you must complete the set-up steps before the consulting. Trust us. The prep work will ultimately contribute to your happiness. If a setup step cannot be completed due to your existing infrastructure or business processes an exception can be made. Please discuss this further with your Inbound Marketing Consultant.
If I skip 2 consulting classes can I spend an extra hour of consulting on SEO?
It is important to take all consulting classes as we will cover all aspects of inbound marketing. Skipping classes in order to focus on one specific subject can be detrimental to your overall inbound marketing effectiveness. If you would like additional help with SEO, we would encourage you to find a partner on our partners page.
Can I pay extra and have a HubSpot consultant hold my hand?
Sure. We have webinars, documentation, and forums to assist you, but if you'd rather have us teach you the material in the documentation and webinars, you'll need to buy 4 hours of consulting per topic, or 24 hours total ($3,000).
I'm doing a site redesign. How is the process different for me?
You'll discuss your redesign during the kickoff & strategy call, and your consultant will tailor your learning center to you, given your redesign project. But basically the process is the same.
Can I get the consulting now and pay later?
All consulting fees are due in advance, per our terms of use.
What if I have to cancel a consulting call?
Do I still have to pay for it?
We require that your cancel your consulting call more than 24 hours before the call. Calls cancelled within 24 hours are billed as if they occurred.
Can anyone buy HubSpot services or do I have to be a subscriber of your software?
In the services group, our ability to serve customers is radically enhanced when customers have our software set up. For that reason, you have to be a HubSpot customer to engage with us.
