Solutions Partner Program Entry Requirements

This policy supplements the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program Agreement (the “HSPPA”) and outlines the new Partner Program membership requirements launching in 2026.

It includes important information about program entry, the sunsetting of the Provider Program, and how these changes impact existing Solutions Partners and Providers.

Partner Program Membership

Effective July 15, 2026, all partners are required to purchase Partner Program Membership both upon program entry and to adhere to Partner Eligibility Requirements. The membership is priced at USD$400/month (or the local currency equivalent, such conversion rate to be determined by HubSpot) and this membership must be renewed annually.

Partners may only make changes to their Partner Program Membership, including cancellation, or, a fee waiver request due to holding a Partner Level Subscription, at renewal.

Similarly, partners who wish to cancel their HubSpot Subscription and switch to purchasing the Partner Program Membership outright may only do so at their Subscription renewal.

Note: In the event that a partner exits the Program, whether as a result of termination by HubSpot or at will by the partner, before the Partner Program Membership contract term ends, the remaining months will not be refunded.

Partner Program Membership includes the following benefits:

    • Partner Development Manager: Dedicated support for deal registration and sales assistance.
    • Training and Enablement: Comprehensive access to partner training resources and certifications.
    • Demo Portal: Enterprise-level features for client demos.
    • Demo Portal Credits: Free credits to use in the demo portal.

Limited Enterprise Product Subscription

As part of the Partner Program Membership, eligible partners will receive a one time, six month subscription of one enterprise hub of their choice at no-cost, including access to a development sandbox.

Partners must meet all of the following criteria to qualify for the limited enterprise product subscription at no-cost:

No existing HubSpot Subscription: A Partner must not hold, or have held, a HubSpot Subscription (this include Providers who previously held a HubSpot Subscription). Partners who already hold a HubSpot Subscription of any level are not eligible.

Concurrent contract terms: The limited product subscription must run concurrently with the Partner Program Membership contract. This means:

1.  The Partner Program Membership contract duration is limited to six months; and

2. The start date of the membership must align with the limited product subscription period.

Additional terms and conditions apply, see Order Form for full details.

Fee Waiver Eligibility

Partners whose net HubSpot product subscriptions are equal to or in excess of $400/month (after any agreed discounts are applied - or local currency equivalent, such conversion rate to be determined by HubSpot) are eligible to have their Partner Program Membership fee waived.

For current partners: Existing partners who meet the fee waiver requirements above on or before June 15, 2026, qualify for the fee waiver. No action is required.

Sunsetting the Provider Program

HubSpot’s Provider Program will sunset on August 15, 2026. The following timeline applies:

February 25, 2026: Provider Program closes to new joiners.

August 15, 2026: Provider Program sunset; all Providers who have not converted to our HubSpot Partner Program remaining at this point will be exited from the program.

Upgrading From Provider to Partner

Current providers have until August 15, 2026 to upgrade to Solutions Partner status in order to maintain active commissions. To upgrade, providers must meet the Partner Eligibility Requirements for Solutions Partners as set out in the HSPPA.

We encourage providers to start the process to upgrade to Solutions Partner as soon as possible.

Important Timing Considerations

Upgrade before July 15, 2026: Providers who upgrade prior to the Partner Program Membership launch will join under the current Partner Program requirements. After July 15, 2026, they will be required to purchase the Partner Program Membership.

Upgrade on or after July 15, 2026: Providers must purchase the Partner Program Membership as part of the upgrade process.

Failure to Upgrade

All providers remaining in the Provider Program as of August 15, 2026 will be terminated.

Please note that in this event active commissions will end immediately upon that date.

Terminated providers may rejoin the Partner Program after August 15, 2026 through the standard new partner joining process available by clicking the button below:

Impact to Solutions Partners

Untiered Partner Requirements

  • Untiered Solutions Partners are required to maintain a minimum of 1 sourced point in a trailing 12-month period (the “Sourced Point Minimum”).

  • Partners who fail to maintain the Sourced Point Minimum will be terminated from the Program following the next monthly compliance evaluation process.

This requirement will take effect on January 1, 2027.

Partners with 0 (zero) sourced points in the trailing 12 (twelve) month period as of that date must earn at least one (1) sourced point by January 1, 2027 to maintain their status. Please note that upon termination, Revenue Share for any outstanding Qualified Transactions will end immediately.

Tiering Cadence

The sunset of the Solutions Provider Program and the introduction of the Partner Program Membership do not impact the existing tiering cadence per the link below.

  • Monthly uptiering will continue as normal.
  • Bi-annual downtiering will continue as normal.
