Build. Swap. Connect. Repeat. Start the day building your skills with a beginner Loop Marketing or Customer Agents session, then carry the momentum into an advanced session in the afternoon. Prefer a mix? Switch between topics to explore both. Every session kicks off with a focused overview, then hands it over to you! It's building time in your own HubSpot portal, and everything you create is ready to use the moment you leave.

Roundtable Lunch Good food, better conversations, and a format that makes both worthwhile . Over a complimentary lunch, connect with HubSpot hosts and fellow attendees in a setting designed to spark real conversation. Pick your path: Choose Your Adventure, where the group tackles a problem together, or Problem Swap, where you bring your biggest challenge and crowdsource solutions from the room.

Networking Happy Hour The day doesn't end at the final session! Join us after the final session for drinks, delicious bites, and a chance to connect with fellow attendees. The best conversations often happen after the last slide.
Come Ready to Build.
Academy Labs sessions are fully hands-on. You'll need:
- Your laptop with HubSpot portal access and a modern browser (Chrome recommended).
- At least 5,000 HubSpot credits to complete deployment exercises. Labs are design to use approximately 3,000-5,000 credits total.
- A credit cap set on your portal before attending. Our curriculum includes guardrails, but a credit cap protects you from accidental overuse during exercises.

You'll have HubSpot Academy Lab professors and product experts in the room troubleshooting with you in real time, peer roundtables where you problem-solve with people who face the same challenges, and a networking happy hour to build relationships that last beyond the event. You leave with live tools in your portal and people to call when you get stuck.

We've designed the content to be flexible. You can start your day with a beginner session (Loop Marketing or Customer Agent). You can continue your day by staying within one topic or switching to the other topic. Just note that both afternoon topics are advanced and require some pre-requisites.

Advanced Customer Agent Lab: Learners must have Customer Agent Live enabled in their HubSpot account prior to the session.
Advanced Loop Marketing Lab: Learners should come prepared with a defined ideal customer profile (ICP) and a campaign concept, and have their brand style guide uploaded into HubSpot.

Alternatively, if you're only able to join for a half day, we encourage you to still participate as the sessions can stand alone.

Optimizing Customer Agent: Multi-Channel, Actions & Performance: Learners must have Customer Agent Live enabled in their HubSpot account prior to the session.

Build Your Loop Marketing Campaign with AI: Learners should come prepared with a defined ideal customer profile (ICP) and a campaign concept, and have their brand style guide uploaded into HubSpot.

Yes. HubSpot credits power AI features like Breeze Agents and Assistants, which you'll deploy during hands-on exercises in your own HubSpot portal. Labs are designed to use approximately 3,000-5,000 of your existing credits total.

We strongly recommend setting a credit cap on your portal before attending. While our labs include built-in guardrails (like limiting contact segments to 100), a credit cap provides extra protection against accidental overuse during exercises.

As your own credits are required for the event, please let your Customer Success Manager know if you don't have enough credits remaining or need help setting a cap before the event.
