Why spend a day with us?

Most teams have access to powerful HubSpot features, but not enough time or support to use them well.

Academy Labs is designed to change that.

This full-day experience gives you the space to build and launch high-impact tools like AI agents in real time with hands-on guidance and peer collaboration.

By the end of the day, you won’t just understand HubSpot’s AI tools, you’ll have them working in your portal, giving your team a measurable head start while others are still figuring out where to begin.

How it works.

Academy Labs is a full-day, hands-on experience for practitioners ready to put HubSpot’s most powerful tools into practice. Sessions are grouped by experience level, to keep content relevant to your role.

Through guided labs, you’ll build live workflows, agents, or campaigns in your own HubSpot portal—so what you create is ready to use.

Each lab begins with a focused overview, then moves into structured building time led by HubSpot experts. Between sessions, join small-group roundtables to share challenges and get direct answers to your questions.

What to bring: Your laptop, a working knowledge of HubSpot's core tools, and a modern browser (Chrome recommended).

What you'll need.

Academy Labs are hands-on training sessions. Please bring your laptop with HubSpot portal access and ensure you have at least 5,000 HubSpot credits to complete deployment exercises.

We strongly recommend setting a credit cap on your portal before attending. While our curriculum is designed to use approximately 3,000-5,000 credits, deployment mistakes can happen—and a credit cap protects you from accidentally overutilizing credits during hands-on exercises. [Beginner] Build Your Loop Foundation: Ideal Customer Profiling & Segmentation 

Your CRM is full of data. This lab helps you turn it into strategy. Using Breeze Assistant, you'll audit your contact database, fix what's broken, and build a real Ideal Customer Profile, not a theoretical one. Then you'll create audience segments tied to actual customer behavior and turn those into campaign concepts you can act on immediately.

You'll leave able to:

Explain the Loop Marketing framework and where ICP, personas, and segments each fit

Identify and fix data quality issues in your contact database

Build an ICP, two campaign concepts, and an audience segment — all from your own data

 

Best for: Marketers new to Loop marketing who want to build the right foundation before launching campaigns. Requires a minimum of 5,000 HubSpot credits.

[Advanced] Optimizing Customer Agent: Multi-Channel, Actions & Performance 

You've launched. Now scale it. Configure availability-based and complexity-based handoff logic, explore structured knowledge and personalization, and leave with a performance baseline, growth targets, and a clear plan to prove ROI to your leadership team.

You'll leave able to

> Identify the agent features that will move the needle for your specific business

> Configure routing workflows using availability-based and complexity-based triggers

> Build a measurement framework: ROI tracking, performance baselines, and growth targets

 

Best for: Participants with Customer Agent already live in your portal and with editor permissions who want to expand capabilities strategically. Requires a minimum of 5,000 HubSpot credits.

[Advanced] Build Your Loop Marketing Campaign with AI

Strategy is done. Now build. Use Breeze to generate a hero offer, create AEO-optimized content across channels, and build an AI-powered workflow that puts your campaign intelligence to work automatically. Everything you make is aligned to your brand voice and ready to publish the moment you leave.

You'll leave able to

> Generate a full campaign brief in Breeze using your style guide, ICP, and concept

> Create a production-ready hero offer and channel-specific supporting assets

> Build an AI workflow that summarizes campaign engagement for enrolled accounts

 

Best for: Experienced HubSpot marketers who know Loop and have a defined ICP (bring it as a PDF) and a campaign concept ready. You'll move fast — come prepared.  Ideal participants arrive prepared with a defined ICP (saved as a PDF), brand style guidelines (saved as a PDF), and campaign concept (general idea of the type of campaign you want to build). You’ll move quickly from strategy to execution and use Breeze Assistant to build campaign-ready deliverables you can publish right after the session. 

Requires a minimum of 5,000 HubSpot credits.

[Beginner] Launch Your First Customer Agent for High-Volume Support Questions
