Having committed to the Hubspot CRM in the Fall of last year, we sought to identify and engage a strategic digital marketing partner whose expertise with this platform was deep and reputed -- a firm that would both help us leverage it best, and effectively train us in the sales and marketing modules to be self-sufficient. Not only has IMPACT been fast and effective in both regards, the team has also been a great strategic asset on the "new ways" of digital marketing and prospect nurturing/penetration. I expected some ramp-up time and change management challenges, but our only challenge is keeping up with their pace! They came loaded with knowledge about our current state, did additional research about our industry, and have molded to our organization and needs masterfully. High Tech with a High Touch !
We have been a new user of Hubspot CRM for the last 9 months, after switching from the overcomplicated Salesforce.com solution we had been using for 8 years. There are so many things we are loving about HubSpot CRM and integrated digital marketing platform but most importantly, we are so glad we engaged IMPACT to help us put our digital marketing and use of the Hubspot sales/marketing CRM on STEROIDS! From our initial sales discussions to our ongoing work with our consultant Carina Duffy, the IMPACT and Hubspot teams all are passionate about digital marketing and lead generation and they truly understand how to put high touch into a high tech solution. Down to earth and extremely knowledgable!
Our entire team at Impact is awesome to work with. I'm sure any of them could speak way over our heads about inbound topics. But they do a great job of determining where your knowledge level is and adjust accordingly. The programs are based on what your goals are, not some cookie cutter approach based on what worked for their last client. Not once did we moan and groan about having to get on another call with Impact. We looked forward to every call with our team members.
