I had high hopes for Intellegentia - but their service fell well short of delighting us. A 1-week project ended up unfinished after taking 6 weeks - after which we gave up! One of their own staff admitted to me on the phone that the developers sometimes 'lacked attention to detail'. After 4 weeks, we asked for a change of font (easy! - a few lines of code by their own admission). They said they didn't have the resources for any more of our work, and tried to charge us an additional"�150. In the end, one of their competitors offered to do the remaining work for free. 5 hours later, the work was done. Intellegentia seem to be, sadly, the kind of company that appear content to take your money and run. Don't let them take yours, too!

A guiding hand throughout our HubSpot journey
We first contacted Intellegentia for advice when we initially committed to Hubspot. We were really excited by the prospect of inbound marketing, but for us, it was important to ensure that our CRM was structured correctly to accommodate what we wanted to do with it. Our business operates differently to many others and we required much more than a standard off the shelf set up. Through a series of day workshops and continued assistance we have now reached a point where our HubSpot database is ready for use and Jane and her team have been reliable support for all of this. To enable us to introduce our Hubspot CRM to the team, Jane helped to put together a bespoke user guide which relates to the specific way in which we work, and she has designed bespoke dashboard reports to give each of our teams the specific information that they require. Looking ahead it is great to know that Jane's advice will help guide our campaigns and we looking forward to continued working with Intellegentia

Above and beyond just marketing support...
We have been working with Intellegentia for nearly 6 months now and we have been really impressed. From being an unknown brand we have grown our presence considerably and developed a reliable sales process providing us with an robust pipeline of quality customers. Our criteria in selecting and agency was to find someone who could work as an extension of our team and support to develop a sales AND marketing strategy which we could execute together. Other agencies we spoke to felt very one sided, offering a good marketing tool kit but not the wrap around support we needed. Intelligentia understand that this broader support is essential for early stage businesses and we now feel sales and marketing is a real strength.

I left a review in February 2016 and I wanted to feedback, 16 months later, on the success we've had since that time. We've now won multiple contracts and, in total, over"�1m of new business through inbound leads as a result of the work Intellegentia have done for us on: strategy, content authoring, SEO, and using HubSpot to convert the incoming leads. We've also benefited greatly from Intellegentia's sales management expertise. We set some very ambitious sales targets for 2017 (36% top line growth) and we have hit our H1 targets with just over a week to spare! I am very happy with Intellegentia. We had to invest for a few months to build up a pipeline, but that investment has now paid off and we're starting to get a good return. I am excited about what we can achieve by continuing to work closely with Intellegentia over the next few months and beyond.

Got me up to speed quickly and efficiently
I was introduced to Intelligentia within a few weeks of taking operational responsibility for Hubspot at our company. They were able to quickly and efficiently walk me through the existing structure and make recommendations for improvements, adapting the level of detail as I dug deeper into the structure I wanted to achieve. Very process oriented, easy to get on with - a great way to kick start a structure refresh project.

A great help and always on hand
We have been using Hubspot for a while but we were always aware that we were not using it to it's full potential. Intelligentia came to our office and worked with us to set up everything we needed to properly nurture our potential customers. We were left with a list of actions and a clear way forward. Jane and her team have worked to get their heads around our business needs and are always on hand to answer any questions, no matter how small.
