We’re passionate about building a culture of belonging. That’s why we aspire to create a workplace where everyone feels at home. Our diversity programming in HubSpot HQ includes active employee resource groups like People of Color at HubSpot (POCaH), LGBTQ+ Alliance, BLACKHub, Families@HubSpot, and Women@HubSpot. Beyond programming, our office space is designed to help everyone do their best work with facilities like mothers' rooms, a meditation room, a nap room, fitness center, and flexible spaces.
Employees often say the number one reason they like working at HubSpot is how smart their colleagues are. HubSpot Cambridge is bustling with big thinkers, helpful colleagues, and ways to challenge yourself. There’s something in the air here (and it isn’t just Waffle Wednesday).
We believe magic happens in open workspaces, not in cubicles. Whether you grab a conference room (named after people we admire like Amelia Earhart and Ta-Nehisi Coates), find a quiet, comfy, working nook, or meet in the Coffee Garden, our office makes it easy to collaborate.
Walking around the office, don’t be surprised to see a yoga class in the HubSpot gym, a Women@HubSpot book club, dogs hanging out in conference rooms, or Panini Club cooking up a storm. There’s no shortage of activities (and Instagrammable moments) in HubSpot Cambridge.

In college I worked at a commercial HVAC company where I learned to estimate bids. I did our estimate bid for Patriot’s Place! It was pretty cool! We didn’t win it but you never know when these skills will come in handy again...
What team are you on and what does an average day look like?
I’m on the Product & Engineering team focused on user experience team and product design. My two goals are to help grow and develop product designers and to help our customers grow by designing solutions to their problems. Day to day I try to make sure that product designers have what they need to be successful and that my teams are focused and aligned on the customer problems they are solving. That can be anything from further defining the problem or identifying the problem through research to concepting, brainstorming, critique, mock-ups, prototyping, validation testing, and working with product and engineering partners to build and release. More information here.
