I have a white-collar Muay Thai fight lined up this July. I can't wait!
__What team are you on and what is the team mission?__
Legal & Compliance. Legal team's mission is to unlock and accelerate HubSpot’s growth. Our visions: We find a way - We clear the path for our partners through bold solutions, smart risks and seamless execution. Less red tape, more green lights.
__What does an average day look like?__
On an average day as a TPM for the Legal team, my role centers on executing strategic initiatives. I spend my day monitoring progress towards the goal, guiding tasks through delegation, advancing ongoing projects, and fostering alignment through meetings. I also focus on identifying and addressing pain points to inform our planning and reporting.
__How are you and your team solving for the customer?__
My team builds the backbone of privacy, compliance, and responsible AI to earn our customers' trust. We protect customer data and guide the product lifecycle to meet regulatory requirements. This drives accountability and market credibility, ultimately building trust with customers, partners, and regulators.
__What's one thing you worked on recently that you're proud of?__
I’m particularly proud that our team not only made significant progress in building ethical and responsible AI but also communicated this effort transparently to the public. We launched AI model cards, AI Trust FAQs, and thought leadership messaging. __What do you do outside of work?__
Outside of work, I stay active with yoga and invigorating nature walks. My latest adventure involves learning and playing pickleball.
__What team are you on and what is the team mission?__
I am part of the Quote to Cash Support team, our mission is to offer world class support to HubSpot customers and our internal stakeholders. We provide this support through our empathy, resourcefulness, efficiency, and expertise.
__What does an average day look like?__

It involves problem solving, and working closely with internal teams.
__How are you and your team solving for the customer?__
Our team is committed to solving customer challenges quickly and thoroughly, whether it’s billing questions, contract changes, refunds or specific account needs. We work closely together and with other departments to deliver solutions that are accurate, timely, and transparent. By actively listening to customers and taking ownership of their concerns, we create positive experiences and long-term trust. We’re always seeking ways to improve our processes to better serve each customer.
__What's one thing you worked on recently that you're proud of?__
I'm particularly proud of resolving a complex billing dispute for a long-standing client, which involved navigating multiple contract changes and prorations. By carefully analysing historical data and staying in proactive communication, I was able to provide a clear explanation that turned their frustration into satisfaction. Ensuring their account was accurate and maintaining a positive client relationship was truly rewarding.
