About the Role

We're seeking a strategic Senior Revenue Marketing Manager to drive measurable revenue growth across our Spanish-speaking markets in Latin America and Iberia. This role owns the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle—from new logo acquisition through customer expansion and retention—with direct accountability for pipeline generation and incremental revenue. You'll serve as a critical bridge between marketing, sales, and customer success, translating business objectives into high-impact, data-driven programs that fuel our regional growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Regional Revenue Contribution: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute scalable revenue marketing strategies that drive new business acquisition, pipeline acceleration, and customer expansion (cross-sell/upsell/retention), with accountability for quarterly pipeline targets and conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Build Scalable Campaign Programs: Develop repeatable, multi-touch campaign frameworks that can efficiently reach target segments at scale.
  • Leverage CRM & Data for Strategic Decisions: Use HubSpot to segment audiences, build targeted lists and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Enable Sales Success as Strategic Partner: Function as a trusted partner and internal client to regional sales teams; develop sales enablement assets, provide actionable pipeline intelligence, and demonstrate deep understanding of sales workstreams.
  • Drive Customer Expansion Revenue: Architect scalable customer engagement programs that drive expansion opportunities.
  • Bring Innovation & AI into Marketing Programs: Maintain a forward-thinking approach by exploring how AI and emerging capabilities can enhance campaign personalization, audience insights, content creation, and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of revenue marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing or growth marketing experience
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS environments, with demonstrated progression of strategic responsibility
  • Proven revenue impact: Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets across both new customer acquisition AND customer expansion/retention motions
  • SaaS business fluency: Deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscription economics, and ability to discuss CAC, LTV, MRR/ARR, churn, expansion rate, and other key growth metrics with executive stakeholders
  • CRM & marketing technology expertise: Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms for audience segmentation, list building, pipeline analysis, and campaign tracking; experience with marketing automation, and analytics platforms
  • Data-driven methodology: Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to derive strategic insights from complex datasets, build business cases using data, and optimize campaigns based on funnel metrics and conversion analytics
  • Sales collaboration experience: Demonstrated success working closely with sales organizations as a strategic partner; deep understanding of sales processes, quota structures, and how to enable sales success through marketing
  • Program scalability mindset: Experience building repeatable campaign frameworks and marketing programs that efficiently reach multiple segments and markets, rather than one-off or highly customized approaches
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in BOTH English and Spanish
  • Regional market knowledge: Understanding of LATAM and/or Iberian business cultures, buying behaviors, and go-to-market nuances
