Outside of work, I’m big on cooking and baking—so much so that I’ve turned it into a mini passion project on Instagram!   __What team are you on and what is the team mission?__ I am a part of People Operations Team and we aim to facilitate remarkable experiences through efficient & accurate People solutions for all HubSpotters.   __What does an average day look like?__ My day usually involves a mix of supporting employees with their queries, driving process improvements and automation, and collaborating on exciting People Ops projects. I also proudly wear the hat of our "In-Office Culture Champion"—planning events and adding a little extra spark to life at HubSpot India!   __How are you and your team solving for the customer?__ Our team is dedicated to delivering fast, accurate, and people-first support—so HubSpotters can spend less time searching for answers and more time doing what they do best!   __What's one thing you worked on recently that you're proud of?__ I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams to shape policies and processes with a local lens for HubSpot India. It’s been incredibly rewarding to provide regional insights and ensure our global initiatives align with what works best for our India team. I also love to read and write and hope to publish my own novel someday!   __What team are you on and what is the team mission?__ I'm on the Talent Acquisition team and our mission is to hire Grow-getters that build delightful products for our customers!   __What does an average day look like?__   Oh goodness, that's a loaded question! My day is spent building relationships with candidates via interviews and creating a safe space for them to share their experiences. I also partner deeply with hiring managers to understand what talent they need to help their teams thrive. Finally, I do a lot of team projects to elevate the work of our talent team, as a Principal Recruiter.   __How are you and your team solving for the customer?__  We're hiring top talent to create strategy and designs that will help our customers Grow Better!   __What's one thing you worked on recently that you're proud of?__ I helped one of our technical teams to create a visual offer letter - it's a lovely and HubSpotty way to present the offer terms that is welcoming and visually appealing.   __What's your favorite Slack emoji?__ :woooo:
