Our office, also known as “PortSpot,” is in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. We may be small, but we are mighty, helping to fuel customer growth with representation for every global team at HubSpot. We’re committed to supporting our customers -- and each other -- as we grow better together.
If you’re looking to delight customers, drive impact globally, and grow your career, HubSpot Portsmouth may be the perfect fit for you.
We’re a team of hard-working, high-fiving individuals committed to creating a culture where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work. With events like Bring Your Kids to Work Day and Portsmouth’s annual PRIDE parade, we work hard to build a strong sense of community -- both at work and within and the local Seacoast community.
At PortSpot, you never know who you’re going to have the opportunity to sit next to. With quarterly seat swaps and our open office space, our teams are truly intermixed to solve for our customers. It’s not uncommon to see people trouble-shooting together at their desks or dialing into a video conference with teammates in other offices.
With monthly support team hackathons, bi-weekly Services office hours, and constant conversations had at the kitchen high tops with sandwiches in hand, we’re all about encouraging innovation. And with our large team representation and intimate office size, we’re uniquely positioned to do so.
From winter skating on the Puddle Duck Pond at lunch time, to cross-team challenges and in-office trivia nights, there’s always something to do in Portsmouth. With a unique lineup of history, charm, and scenery right in our backyard, the options for adventure and new experiences are endless.

How does HubSpot's culture help you do your best work?
As a working mother of a sassy little toddler, HubSpot allows me the flexibility to be the best employee and mother that I can be. For example, if my daughter wakes up sick, not only does HubSpot provide me the flexibility to move my schedule (without guilt), but I can also chat with parents all around the globe on tips to help her feel better!
Anything else you want to add that candidates may want to know?
There's no shortage of great feedback about working at HubSpot, but candidates should know that it really is all true. HubSpot is unlike any other place I've worked and I'm grateful to be a part of this company.
