Looking to change the email associated with your community profile? 

If you would like to update the email address associated with your community profile, please begin by creating a new community member profile with your new email address. The username you choose while creating this new profile is a placeholder and will not stay associated with your member.

Once you have a new profile associated with your updated email address, submit the form below and include:
  • Username: The username associated with your profile.
  • Current email: The email address currently associated with your username. The email address you previously used to log into the community.
  • New email: The email address you would like to use to log into the community going forward. Reminder: please create a community profile with this email address before completing this form. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Email addresses must be validated before they can be used in the community. We need to validate the new email address before we can associate it with an existing profile.

No. The profile associated with your previous email address will be updated to associate with your new email address. Any contributions you make through your new profile before requesting this change will be lost.

Yes. When your profile is updated, the badges and rank associated with your previous email address will carry over.

A member of the HubSpot Community team will reach out through email to your new email address confirming when the update is complete.
