Building on a Strategic Collaboration Agreement launched in 2023, HubSpot and AWS are expanding their relationship to support startup growth through HubSpot for Startups.

HubSpot is the agentic customer platform for scaling businesses

The companies are also creating new partner opportunities via AI-powered innovation with Amazon Bedrock and expanding access to HubSpot through AWS Marketplace for scaling businesses.

Helping founders build and scale with HubSpot for Startups

Building on the experience both Hubspot and AWS have supporting thousands of startups, a pillar of this effort is HubSpot for Startups, a global program for investment-backed startups that provides access to HubSpot’s customer platform at a significantly reduced cost, along with education, resources, and a global community.

Over the years, HubSpot has helped more than 35,000 startups, including Pennylane, Goldcast, Wayflyer, Unify, and Tofu, grow their businesses by bringing marketing, sales, and customer service together on one platform.

HubSpot for Startups is also expanding support for Series A companies by increasing the year-one discount to 90% (up from 50%), offering dedicated onboarding support, and providing technical implementation assistance designed to accelerate time to value.

Through the expanded collaboration with AWS, HubSpot for Startups will continue to invest in new online resources and programming for founders, including practical technical guidance, real-world founder stories, and in-person events hosted in collaboration with AWS startup spaces around the world.

Creating more opportunities for partners to support scaling businesses

AWS will also support HubSpot’s Partner Growth Accelerator, which helps HubSpot’s App and Solutions Partners work together to better serve customers.

With AWS, HubSpot can bring this program to more Solutions and App Partners, giving them opportunities to reach new customers and deliver HubSpot alongside the services and solutions those customers need.

HubSpot and AWS are also working on AI-powered innovation using Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed service that enables developers to build and scale generative AI applications by providing access to high-performing foundation models (FMs) through a single, unified API. The AI-powered solutions that leverage Amazon Bedrock will enable Solutions Partners to help customers accelerate and optimize their use of HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.

The expanded agreement with AWS reflects HubSpot’s broader focus on enabling growth as businesses scale. From early startup programs and partner collaboration to AI-powered innovation and broader access to HubSpot through AWS Marketplace, the partnership helps companies adopt HubSpot more easily and continue growing with the platform over time.
