In 2015, HubSpot opened a small office in Portsmouth, New Hampshire because, while working with a technical agency in the area, we quickly realized that Portsmouth is home to talented people who are passionate about helping customers. In just a few years, the team has grown by over 600%, turning the small office into a bustling one with best-in-show support and services teams who help our customers grow better.

Today, HubSpot announced that the Portsmouth office is continuing to grow in 2019 with the announcement of Jill McFarland joining as Director of Customer Success and the intention to move the office to a bigger space in downtown Portsmouth.

Previously at Bottomline Technologies, a local Portsmouth technology company, Jill is a motivated and dynamic leader with exceptional client service execution and strategy experience. In her new role at HubSpot, Jill will direct and support the implementation, customer success and migration teams in strategies to build long lasting relationships with customers. In addition, Jill will manage the day-to-day operations of the Portsmouth office collaborating with other senior leaders across the organization on strategy and execution serving as a coach and leader to team managers.

To accommodate the growing headcount in Portsmouth, HubSpot intends to move the office to a larger space at the proposed McIntyre site, an exciting project by the Redgate-Kane development team. While still under negotiations, the project would feature the very best and latest in urban design providing a variety of public space and lifestyle amenities that would benefit residents, businesses, and the entire community of Portsmouth.
