The data from HubSpot’s customer base reflects benchmarks for companies that have invested in an online presence and use inbound as a key part of their growth strategy.

The benchmark for each metric was calculated by taking monthly averages from January 1, 2020 through January 31, 2020.

Companies are classified by the following cohorts: 0-25 employees, 26-200 employees, and 201+ employees.
