What team within Customer Success are you on, and what do you work on?
I am a Channel Consultant, which simply said is a coach in Inbound. During my 1st year, I've worked with HubSpot partners and their customers across all EMEA, but since we've taken a regional approach, I'm now focusing on scaling the French market. In my day-to-day role, I'm having various conversations with my partners around 1. adjusting their positioning in the market, to generate more income through inbound 2. setting up effective inbound campaigns, to increase their productivity and ROI 3. deliver maximum value to their customers. I'm also involved in various side projects outside of my typical role that allows me to connect meaningfully with more of my inspiring colleagues while having an impact at HubSpot at a more global level.
When people ask you what it's like to work on HubSpot's Customer Success team, how do you describe it?
It's fulfilling. I know very few companies who've reached the 1billion ARR milestone like HubSpot, but even less in which the leadership shares so transparently how they think about the future, about the strategies considered, the choices made, and why. Working in such an environment makes me feel like an entrepreneur as I'm able to use my own good judgment in my work, and I'm lucky enough to be surrounded by incredibly inspiring leaders and colleagues.
What's something you've worked on at HubSpot that you're proud of?
I'm proud to play a part in scaling HubSpot's business globally through our partner network.

HubSpot is a scaling company, helping other businesses to scale so we are looking for people who can scale with us. If you are excited by challenges, here's three pieces of advice (inspired by our board member Lorrie Norrington) for you to hit the ground running:
1. Have a growth mindset and focus on overall initiatives instead of tasks.
2. Be smart about how you spend your time, always automate when you can.
3. Think end to end to avoid friction and facilitate collaboration.
