Emily is the VP of global support & services at HubSpot. She's developed a self-service and customer outcomes-based model that's a core part of HubSpot's service strategy, and has built a team dedicated to helping HubSpot users and customers based on when, where, and how they need to be serviced.
Emily Haahr is a graduate of Northeastern University. She began her career at HubSpot in 2010 as an Inbound Marketing Consultant helping customers implement inbound strategies using our software.
