HubSpot's Customer Advisory Board

Starting in 2019, the HubSpot Customer Advisory Board connects HubSpot leadership directly to our most engaged customers. It enables us to learn from customer feedback and explore strategies to help us grow better.

Our Customer Advisory Board members are Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations professionals from various industries and regions.

We're looking for new members to join our 2022 Customer Advisory Board. Learn more about the requirements and benefits below. Applications close on December 31, 2021.

  • There are a few basic requirements for membership on the HubSpot Advisory Board, including: 

    • Must be a paying HubSpot customer 
    • Must speak English 
    • Must be 18 years or older 
    • Must be willing to attend the quarterly online CAB Meeting
    • Must be willing to sign HubSpot's Non-Disclosure Agreement (copies available upon request)
  • Applicants should be a leader or decision-maker within the company and should be familiar with HubSpot and how it is leveraged within the organisation.  Please note, we only accept one individual to represent a company.

  • All interested customers are asked to apply via this form. Applications close on December 31, 2021.

    Once applications close, a group of HubSpotters will independently review applications for each region. We’re aiming to build a diverse CAB across gender, race and countries that represent the broader our customer base. 

    All applicants will be notified early in 2022 if their application has been successful or not

  • All members are asked to commit for a minimum of 12 months. After this, HubSpot may invite members to extend their membership for an additional period of time up to 24 months. 

    The CAB will hold virtual, 90-minute meetings once a quarter in 2022. It’s expected that each CAB member attends all four meetings and completes any prep work. There are also various additional opportunities for feedback throughout the year that CAB members may be asked to participate in. 

  • A great fit board member is any HubSpot customer interested in providing candid feedback to HubSpot, and who can think critically about HubSpot's current and future strategic direction. 

  • Don't worry, there are a lot of other ways to provide feedback at HubSpot. During the year we may reach out to those who apply with opportunities to partner closely with us and provide feedback on specific topics.
