There is a new lead registration tool currently in BETA called the Partner Lead Registration card. If you have this tool enabled, please see this Support doc here for more information.
These tools will make registering new leads with HubSpot easier. They will also be your main vehicle for managing the expiration of your agency's leads. If you need help setting up lead registration within your HubSpot portal, please contact your HubSpot Channel Account Manager.
