What is the Growth Suite?
HubSpot’s Growth Suite bundle offers 25% off the standalone prices of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub when purchased together. Add-ons, users, and contacts will also be discounted at 25% when purchased at the same time as the Growth Suite bundle.
The Growth Suite bundle is available for purchase in Starter, Professional, or Enterprise editions. The free edition allows you to get started with all of HubSpot’s free marketing, sales, customer service, and CRM tools.
What is a user and how many can I have for HubSpot’s free and paid versions of the Growth Suite products?
You can think of a user as any person who has access to use the HubSpot software. You can always have unlimited users of HubSpot’s free tools, whether or not you decide to upgrade some users to a paid version of the products that are part of the Growth Suite bundle. That means even if you upgrade to the paid versions of the products included in the Starter, Professional, or Enterprise Growth Suite bundle, you only need to pay for the users who need access to those paid features — and your other users will still remain free!
Do I need to pay for a year up front for the Professional and Enterprise Growth Suite products?
Professional and Enterprise Growth Suite bundle contracts are billed annually by default. We’ve found that customers who can commit to a full year of using HubSpot will be more successful in the long run. And since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those practices that support that goal.
What type of support is available to Growth Suite product users?
All users of the Growth Suite products (free and paid) can access the HubSpot Community at community.hubspot.com for support. The mission of this inbound community is to provide customers with a vibrant channel to ask questions, find answers, and engage with professionals from around the world on HubSpot best practices.
Users of the Starter Growth Suite product have access to email and additional in-app support options. Users of Professional and Enterprise Growth Suite products also have access to email and additional in-app support options — plus phone support. This means HubSpot customer support specialists are available to answer your questions.
Which CRM systems do the Growth Suite products integrate with?
Our free tools and the Starter Growth Suite products integrate with HubSpot CRM. The Professional and Enterprise Growth Suite products integrate with HubSpot CRM as well as Salesforce. Please note, however, that tickets in Service Hub do not integrate with Salesforce.
Which email tools do the Growth Suite products integrate with?
The Growth Suite products are built on top of our CRM, which integrates with Gmail, G Suite, and many versions of Outlook for Windows.
Are there any overage fees?
Not directly — but HubSpot's pricing is designed to scale with the size of your business, so we suggest that you purchase a plan that will fit your level of use. This means purchasing enough contacts to match your inbound marketing needs. So while we don't charge "overage fees" as such, if you expect your database or email needs to grow over time, you'll need to purchase additional contacts to match that growth as it occurs.
Do I need to buy onboarding services?
All customers that purchase the Professional and Enterprise Growth Suite bundle need to buy services to get started on the right foot with your marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.

Are there any separate email sending fees?
No. Your email send limit is based on the number of contacts you purchase. In Marketing Hub Starter, your email send limit is five times your contact tier per calendar month, and in Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise, your email send limit is ten times your contact tier per calendar month. That works out to about one email per week for Starter and one email every other business day for Professional or Enterprise. If you need to send even more than that, you can purchase more contacts and increase your total monthly email send limit.
Because the Growth Suite bundle means I’ll be purchasing more than one product that includes the same features, does that mean the limits are additive?
No. Limits are not additive across Hubs. So, in cases where a HubSpot account has more than one paid Hub with shared features, the upper limits still apply. This means, for example, in the case of the calling feature in Sales Hub Professional and Service Hub Professional, the limit would be an aggregate of 2,000 minutes of calling per user per month (not 4,000 minutes of calling per user per month), even if purchased as part of the Growth Suite bundle. (The one exception to this is for primary subdomains provided per content type, as we describe in the ‘Technical Limits’ section of the Product and Services Catalog here.)
