Team Meetings, the newest addition to HubSpot Sales, makes it even easier for teams to collaborate and connect with contacts. Team Meetings brings two new meeting link types to Meetings: Group Meetings links, and Round Robin Meetings links.
Group Meetings Links
...“How’s this thursday work for you?”
...“I can’t do Thursday, what about Friday morning?”
...“Unfortunately, I’ll be traveling Friday. Want to shoot for next week?”
Group Meetings links facilitate scheduling when there’s more than one person from your organization involved; Like when a sales rep wants to loop in her technical project lead to sort through final contract negotiations.
A Group Meetings link shows the overlapping availability for the team members selected.
To get started with Group Meetings, simply log in to your HubSpot Sales Pro portal, and select Meetings from the Sales Tools dropdown. Click Create meeting link in the upper right hand corner, and choose Team. Select Group Availability, and choose the team members you’d like to invite. Continue to create your Meetings link:
Once your link has been created, share it with your contact. They’ll be able to select a time that works for them, and everyone on your team who you’ve invited to the meeting will get an invite saved to their calendar. Pretty sweet, right?
Round Robin Meetings Links
Round Robin Meetings links facilitate scheduling when there isn’t a designated sales rep. A Round Robin Meetings link shows combined availability across a team, so a prospect can schedule a meeting with whoever is available.
To get started with Round Robin Meetings, log in to your HubSpot Sales Pro portal, and select Meetings from the Sales Tools dropdown. Click Create meeting link in the upper right hand corner, and choose Team. Select Round Robin Availability, and choose the team member you’d like to include. Continue to create your Meetings link:
Once your link has been created, include it in your marketing emails, post it on your website, or share it on social. Round Robin Meetings links offer an entirely new way to connect with prospects.
