An Easier Way to Update Sales Quotas in HubSpot CRM

If you are a sales manager using HubSpot CRM, you want an easy way to track your team’s quota and progress against goals. Up until now, you’ve been able to input a quota value for each member of your team, but no way to see or edit all those values in the same place. With today’s update, you can now easily edit the quota value for each member of your team without clicking in and out of each user’s dashboard.


How it works

From the Deal Forecast widget on the Sales Dashboard, click “Set Quota”. You’ll be able to set a quota value for each HubSpot owner that meets the criteria of the dashboard filter. For example -- if your dashboard filter is set to “All owners”, you’ll be able to edit the quota value for all HubSpot users. If the dashboard is filtered to just “John Doe”, you’ll be prompted to input or update John’s quota individually.

The new quota setting window is now available to all HubSpot CRM users. Give it a try today!
