Marketing to customers in different countries, with different languages, can be a complex challenge. Not only to create and manage pages -- but ensure that search engines are directing visitors to the right versions at the right time.
Today, we introduced Multi-Language Content Management at INBOUND, which will help you create, manage, and ultimately optimize your content.
Note: Multi-Language Content Management will not translate your on-page content. However you can utilize one of our integrations with a translation management system, such as Cloudwords, Smartling, or Globalization Partners International.
After creating your new page and translated content, HubSpot will automatically insert HREFLANG tags to ensure search engines direct visitors looking for your content in an applicable language get directed to the right page version. In addition, HubSpot will automatically insert the country code into the URL based on the language you select. For example, if you select to create a page in German, /de will automatically be added to the page URL.
