[Now Live] Custom Availability for Meetings

What is it?
The latest update brings more flexibility to the meeting booking experience. Now, you have the option to set a custom date range for when meetings can be booked.

Why is it important?
Have you ever been to a conference or tradeshow? It’s the perfect time to network and book meetings with prospective customers, vendors, or partners. The problem is that your availability during the event is typically much different than your normal availability. This update makes it possible for you to configure yourr meetings links for specific events or windows of time.

How does it work?
Under Advanced Settings, click the “When a meeting can be scheduled” dropdown menu and select “Custom date range”. Click the date picker fields and set your time range. Please note that a custom date range cannot be longer than 10 weeks.

Once a date range has expired, you may go back and update the dates.

Who gets it?
This update is now in live available to all Sales Hub Starter and Sales Hub Professional users.

What language is it in?
All languages supported by HubSpot.
