What is it:
You now have the ability to control the order in which articles and categories appear on the homepage and category pages in your Service Hub knowledge base.
Why it matters
Some knowledge articles are more important than others. To deliver an effective knowledge base to your customers, it's important to increase the visibility of articles that relate to the most frequently asked questions. Until now, categories and articles were ordered alphabetically. With this update users are in complete control of how their articles and categories are ordered.
How does it work?
- In the Knowledge Base articles screen, click “Organize categories”.
- Simply drag and drop an article, subcategory and category to a new position and the knowledge base will be updated.
Who gets it?
All Service Hub Professional users now have access.
