[Now Live] A New Outbox Helps Keep Track of Emails Sent via Sequences

What is it?
The new outbox for sequences helps you keep track of all your teed up sequences emails.

Why does it matter?
Previously, there was limited visibility into sequence enrollment. It was difficult to keep up with who would be getting which emails and when. More importantly, there wasn't an easy way to check out what those teed up emails would say.

The new outbox for sequences directly solves for this by allowing you to see which contacts will be getting which emails as part of which sequence and on which days. You’ll also be able to preview and edit scheduled sends or unenroll a contact from a sequence entirely.

How does it work?
You can access the outbox by clicking on the “Scheduled” tab under sequences:

From here, you can view all of your teed up sales emails. Hover over the email subject for the option to preview, edit, or unenroll a contact from the sequence:

A few important notes:
Due to technical limitations, you will only be able to edit sequence enrollments that were created after January 22nd, 2018. Net-new enrollments will be editable.

Editing scheduled send dates or times on one email can affect scheduled send dates or times of later emails. Sequences respects the delays that were set up when creating and enrolling the contact in the sequence.

Who gets it?
