What is it?
We have rethought how our mobile apps handle associations between contacts, companies and deals. Both our iOS and Android apps can:
- Add or remove a contact, company, or deal to any record
- Associate existing deals to a contact or company record
Why it matters?
Having information at your fingertips is key for a busy rep --- especially when you’re on the go. But information is only as powerful as the context that surrounds it. Being able to see the relationship between different CRM records is essential for taking action within the mobile app. With this update, you can easily manage and monitor the relationship between the different CRM objects with the same experience you’ve known and loved on desktop. No more waiting till you get to your desk before spinning up a deal for the contact you just met while ordering your coffee.
How it works?
Navigate to a contact, company or deal record within the mobile app and you will see the Associations tab. This will contain contextual information regarding any associations the record might have.
Here you can add, remove and associate existing records to each other.
What language is this in?
This update is available in all languages supported by HubSpot.
