Users can now add attachments in the comment section of the Inbox.
Why does it matter?
Many users have requested the ability to add attachments to their comments to enrich internal team communications. Adding attachments to comments enables reps to ensure their teammates have all the relevant information, leading to faster resolution times and a better customer experience.
How does it work?
In the Inbox, click on the comment box. You'll see the paperclip icon.
Click on the paperclip, and the following prompt will appear:
Now, choose which attachment you'd like to attach.
