Effective May 15, 2020, HubSpot users will no longer have access to the personalization score feature in Sequences.
This change comes as part of our commitment to helping reps streamline their outreach with more accuracy and precision. Since launching the personalization score, we’ve heard your feedback. We know that the personalization score wasn’t entirely accurate, and in some cases, it has been a distraction to your team.
The personalization score was originally introduced as a way to help reps personalize automated emails sent via sequences.
Personalization is still important, but we need to help reps personalize those automated emails in a more streamlined and accurate way. In the future, we plan to build features that empower you to personalize emails at the moment of send, rather than days or weeks in advance.
For now, the personalization score feature in sequences will be removed on May 15, 2020.
