What is it?
Customer experience surveys are now live inside of Feedback, a tool inside of Service Hub. Customer experience surveys are transactional surveys that help teams understand the satisfaction of their customers at a particular moment in time.
Why is it important?
Asking people a simple question survey right after a specific interaction is a great to capture feedback. The experience is fresh in their minds and they are more likely to respond if it all feel like part of the same interaction. For example, customer experience surveys can be presented right after a sales call, after a customer completes onboarding, after a customer attends an event, or after specific marketing material is provided to a client.
With customer experience surveys, you’ll have everything you need to understand what customers think of your product or service (through customer loyalty surveys), your customer support (through customer support surveys), and specific points in the customer journey (through the newly introduced customer experience surveys).
