Why is it important?
Customer support surveys are an easy way to measure your entire customer support experience and discover how easy it is for customers to find help when they need it. Naturally, you might want feedback from every single customer who goes through a specific pipeline.
With today's update, you can target the right customers on the right ticket pipeline. Simply choose the pipeline you want to survey customers on and watch the good gems of feedback trickle in.
How does it work?
- When setting up your survey, go to the “recipients” tab.
- Click the dropdown list and choose the pipeline you want to receive your survey

Available to all Service Hub Professional users.
What language is it in?
Available in all languages supported by HubSpot.
