What is it?
The Digest and Marketing Email features of the HubSpot iOS app will be removed in January 2021.
Why does it matter?
As we move to expand the HubSpot mobile app for sales reps, the Digest and Marketing Email feature no longer fit within our plans to continue delivering value for our customers. Your experience using these features on the iOS app may not reflect accurate data. Because we want to ensure you have a delightful experience on the HubSpot mobile app, we've decided to sunset these features so we can continue delivering value in our main offerings.
How does it work?
You can see which features will be sunsetted from the HubSpot iOS app below:
The Digest on iOS is accessible from the More menu.
- It allows you to “ask for an update” on Deal records by creating a new note on that Deal.
- The Marketing Performance graph shows Sessions, Contacts, and Customers with the option to compare different time periods.
- The Leaderboard shows Revenue closed as well as emails, calls, and meetings by users and by period.
- The Marketing Email graphs show Engagement, Deliverability, Contacts Lost, and Opens and Clicks. It also shows Opens and Clicks results for emails sent recently.
The last version of the iOS app to include these features will be released on December 11th, 2020. The next release, in early January 2021, will permanently remove these features from the app.
