Now live is the ability for Service Hub users to add tables to their knowledge base articles using the newly designed table editor.
How does it work?
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Service > Knowledge Base.
- Once you are in the knowledge base article editor, click Insert > Table on the rich text toolbar.
- To edit the table, select the table, then click "edit".
Who gets it?
This update is now live and available to HubSpot Service Hub Professional and Enterprise tiers.
