What is it?
HubSpot has increased the throughput of contacts that can go through workflows by 10X.
Why is it important?
In the past, workflows was limited to a throughput of 20 contacts per second. If you were using workflows to execute actions on thousands of contacts, you would experience something called execution throttling (read more in this knowledge article). You voiced your pain, and we listened.
With today’s update, HubSpot has grown with you. In contact-based workflows, throughput has increased from 20 contacts per second to at least 100 contacts per second. In some cases, you may experience a throughput as high as 1,000 contacts per second. That means you can execute your automation much faster and start seeing your desired results more quickly.
How does it work?
Simply execute your workflows as you always have - sit back, relax, and enjoy the increased efficiency.
Who gets it?
This improvement applies only to contact-based workflows, which are available to Marketing Hub Professional, Marketing Hub Enterprise, and Sales Hub Professional users of the workflows tool. As we increase the volume of traffic on deal, ticket, and company-based workflows, we will also make sure they match the speed of contact-based workflows.
What language is it in?
Workflows is available in all languages supported by HubSpot.
