Agent builder (formerly known as Breeze studio) is included in the Starter, Professional, and Enterprise editions of HubSpot. Agent builder includes:

  • Workflows include simple automation in the Starter edition and the full workflow builder with event-based triggers and advanced automation in the Professional and Enterprise editions — all at no extra cost. They do not consume HubSpot Credits. See more here.
  • Custom agents use HubSpot Credits. Credits are consumed every time you run a custom agent. During a run, custom agents execute a series of actions to satisfy your custom prompt. The actions taken by a custom agent vary across individual runs. The amount of work the agent does to complete a task is measured in "action units". You pay for action units with credits.
