Agent builder (formerly known as Breeze studio) is included in the Professional and Enterprise editions of HubSpot. Agent builder includes:

  • Automation and workflows, which are included in the Professional and Enterprise editions of HubSpot at no extra cost, and do not consume HubSpot Credits. See more here.
  • Custom agents, which run on HubSpot Credits, and are consumed every time your agent completes a promoted action you’ve configured. Professional and Enterprise editions of HubSpot already include credits, but if you need more, additional credits are available. See more here.
