Yes. HubSpot uses encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and ongoing monitoring to protect your data. Our AI features run on the same secure infrastructure as the rest of HubSpot’s customer platform, and we only work with AI service providers that meet our rigorous security and privacy standards.

HubSpot limits access to authorized personnel only, using strict role-based access controls (RBAC). For AI features, we're transparent about which systems process your data, and our AI service providers can only access what's needed to deliver the service. Everything is documented in our data processing agreement, so you always know where things stand. Admins have the ability to disable what data AI features have access to, as detailed here. 

You can control whether your data is used to improve HubSpot's models, and opting out is always available. Read this knowledge base article for information about how to opt out. When we work with our AI service providers, we contractually require that they do not train their models on HubSpot customer data.
