CONTEXT HOME
Context home is where you manage what HubSpot knows about your business — giving your teams and agents the full picture to close more deals, book more meetings, and send outreach that actually lands.
*High-quality context means actively populated CRM fields, logged activity, connected integrations, and configured team settings.
The more you use HubSpot, the better it understands your business. Act on recommendations to keep your context accurate so that every AI response is more reliable.
"New hires come in wanting to use whatever AI tool they already know; tools with no context, no company knowledge. Then I show them Breeze Assistant in HubSpot, and how it knows everything about our portal; our marketing brand voice. They realize immediately the context it has on our organization and the reaction is always the same: 'This is literally incredible.”

HubSpot’s AI runs on a secure infrastructure, giving you full visibility into how your data is used and the controls to manage it.
Third-party AI providers are contractually prohibited from training their models on your data — and you can control what they have access to.
HubSpot publishes model cards that explain how its AI features work, what data they use, and what safeguards are in place — so your security team can review and verify. Visit HubSpot's AI Trust Center.
Your data is protected wherever it lives. HubSpot enforces least-privilege access controls, encryption, logging, and monitoring. We validate our safeguards through regular penetration testing, vulnerability scans, and independent security audits such as SOC 2 Type 2.

Context is the foundational information about your business, your team, and your customers that's used by HubSpot's AI tools to better understand your specific organization. When it's accurate and up-to-date, AI features across HubSpot can better personalize content and actions to reflect how your business operates.
Context home is included in all HubSpot editions. In the Starter, Professional, and Enterprise editions of HubSpot, you can access context home through Agent Hub.
HubSpot uses your context to power recommendations, generate content, and guide agent actions across your account. Your context stays in your portal and is never shared externally. You decide what HubSpot's AI knows, and you can update or remove it at any time.
You can add several types of business context to HubSpot, including your brand voice and guidelines, company profile, products and services, team methodologies, and process documentation. Admins manage portal-level context. All users can update their own — including user profile, email personality, and custom context. This gives HubSpot's AI a complete picture of how your business works — so recommendations, content, and agent actions reflect your actual operations rather than generic defaults.
HubSpot automatically syncs context from your connected sources as your business data changes — and anything you edit directly always takes precedence. You can edit your context directly from context home or from anywhere in HubSpot using Breeze Assistant. HubSpot will also surface recommendations when your context may be outdated — so your AI stays current without requiring constant manual review.
