About Reimagine
Reimagine 2026 is designed as a space for Southeast Asia’s marketing, sales, and business leaders to connect, exchange perspectives, and shape what’s next.
We believe meaningful conversations require openness to new ideas — including those that challenge our own. But those conversations can only happen when everyone feels safe, respected, and included.

This Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for everyone attending Reimagine 2026.
Be respectful
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to treat one another with respect.
Harassment, discrimination, or exclusionary behaviour will not be tolerated — whether in person, during sessions, at networking events, or across digital channels related to Reimagine.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Demeaning, discriminatory, or offensive language
- Intimidation or harassment (verbal or physical)
- Unwanted or inappropriate physical contact
- Disruption of sessions or conversations
- Unwelcome advances or attention
Engage thoughtfully
Reimagine is built for meaningful, human connection — not transactional interactions.
We encourage attendees, sponsors, and partners to build relationships through genuine conversations. However:
- Unsolicited pitching or aggressive selling is not appropriate
- Scraping attendee information or sending unsolicited outreach is not permitted
- Spam — whether onsite or post-event — is not acceptable
Take responsibility
We all play a role in creating a respectful and inclusive environment.
If you experience or witness behaviour that does not align with this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it to the Reimagine team.
If you feel comfortable, you may address the situation directly. If not, our team is here to support you.
If someone raises a concern about your behaviour, take it seriously. Acknowledge it, adjust accordingly, and move forward with respect.
Getting support
If you experience or witness harassment, or have any concerns during the event, please contact a member of the Reimagine team or visit the Help Desk onsite.
You may also reach out via email at marketingapac@hubspot.com if you prefer to report concerns privately.
We take all reports seriously and will assess each situation carefully. Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:
- Direct intervention
- Removal from sessions or event spaces
- Expulsion from the event without refund

Amara Singapore is approximately a 20-minute drive from Changi Airport.

Drop-off is available directly at the hotel entrance on Tanjong Pagar Road.

On-site parking is available at Amara Singapore, with additional parking options located nearby within the CBD.
Throughout Reimagine 2026, a selection of food and beverages will be provided, including breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments across the day.
Coffee, tea, and beverages will be available throughout the event.
Menus are designed to accommodate a range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, halal, and gluten-free options. Dietary information will be clearly indicated onsite.

Registration & Badge Collection
Registration opens on the morning of the event.
Please arrive early to allow time for badge collection and networking before sessions begin.
At registration:
- Search for your name or scan your QR code from your confirmation email
- Confirm your details and print your badge
- Collect your badge and lanyard from the registration desk
Your badge is required for entry to all sessions and event areas. Please wear it at all times.
WiFi
WiFi details will be provided onsite and printed on your badge for easy reference.
Connecting with Partners
Our partners will be located in the main foyer area.
Take time throughout the day to connect, explore solutions, and continue conversations sparked during sessions.
Lost & Found
If you’ve lost an item, please speak to a member of the Reimagine team at the registration desk.
Any found items can also be handed to our team for safekeeping.
In the Event of an Emergency
Please follow instructions from venue staff and the Reimagine team.
In the event of an evacuation:
- Remain calm
- Follow signage and staff directions
- Exit via the nearest available route
Registration
If you’re attending with your team, you can purchase multiple passes in a single order to keep everything organised.
Select the number and type of tickets needed during registration. Once completed:
- You’ll receive a summary of all registered attendees
- Each attendee will receive their own confirmation email
You can manage and review all tickets linked to your order at any time.
Group bookings of 5 or more tickets are eligible for a 10% discount.
If you’re purchasing tickets for your team but don’t yet have attendee details, you can complete your order now and assign tickets later.
After purchase:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with access to your order
- You can assign tickets at any time by entering each attendee’s name and email
- Each attendee will receive their own confirmation and can complete their registration
Unassigned tickets will remain visible in your order until they are completed.
Your invoice will be included in your order confirmation email.

If you registered multiple attendees, your order confirmation will include a summary of all tickets purchased. Each attendee will also receive their own individual registration confirmation.
If you can no longer attend Reimagine 2026, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
Click 'manage registration details' in the ticket order confirmation email that you first received.
Click "Transfer Registration" for the registration you want to transfer and enter the new delegates’ information.
Both the original and the new delegate will receive a confirmation email.
Ticket transfers are available until 12 July 2026 at 11:59 PM .

If you registered multiple attendees, your order confirmation email will include both your order details and the registration numbers for each ticket.
If you can’t find your confirmation email
If you’re unable to locate your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
You can also access your registration using the email address you used to register. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view all tickets associated with your order, including registration numbers.

Discounts cannot be combined, and only one offer may be applied per order.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Payments must be completed through the online registration process. We do not accept payments via invoice, purchase order, wire transfer, or cheque.

- Full refunds are available until 12 July 2026, 11:59 PM
- After this date, tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another attendee
