HubSpot Services Descriptions (Archive)

As stated in our HubSpot – Customer Terms of Service (http://www.hubspot.com/terms-of-service), unless otherwise described in a Statement of Work or Order Form, Consulting Services are as described on http://www.hubspot.com/services. You can find these descriptions below. We may periodically update this description page. There are some important general terms that relate to all of these descriptions and you can find these in the General Terms section below.

General Terms

We may choose to change the personnel assigned to your account at any time for any or no reason. Unless otherwise agreed, all Consulting Services are performed remotely. For Consulting Services performed onsite, you will reimburse us our reasonable cost for all expenses incurred in connection with the Consulting Services. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If there are a specific number of hours included in the Consulting Services purchased, those hours will expire as indicated below, which expiration period will commence upon purchase (the “Expiration Period”).

If there are deliverables included in the Consulting Services purchased, it is estimated that those deliverables will be completed within the time period indicated as the delivery period below, which delivery period will commence upon purchase (the “Delivery Period”). If the Consulting Services provided are not complete at the end of the Delivery Period due to your failure to make the necessary resources available to us or to perform your obligations, such Consulting Services will be deemed to be complete at the end of the Delivery Period due to our failure to make the necessary resources available to you or to perform our obligations, the Delivery Period will be extended to allow us to complete such Consulting Services.

 

Basic Inbound Success Training

Basic Inbound Success Training includes one (1) training session per three (3) month period delivered remotely for assistance with implementation of HubSpot tools and/or methodology. Unused training sessions expire at the end of the relevant three (3) month period and will not carry over.

Basic Inbound Success Training is for current Basic Product customers only.

Inbound Success Training

Inbound Success Training consists of up to six (6) hours of assistance with implementation of the HubSpot tools delivered remotely.

Advanced Inbound Success Training

Advanced Inbound Success Training includes up to twenty (20) hours of assistance with implementation of the HubSpot tools and/or methodology delivered remotely by a HubSpot consultant and/or technical consultant.

Basic Designated Account Services

Basic Designated Account Services includes one (1) training session per quarter delivered remotely for assistance with implementation of HubSpot tools and/or methodology as needed on a quarterly basis.

Basic Designated Account Services is for current Basic Product customers only.

Executive Summit: How to do Marketing Like HubSpot

The Executive Summit consists of a two (2) day workshop delivered at HubSpot's headquarters located at 25 First St, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA. Customers will learn how HubSpot developed its own marketing & sales strategy. This is an executive level workshop that will be taught by up to four (4) HubSpot executives.

HubSpot Classroom Training

HubSpot Classroom Training consists of a two (2) day training course delivered at our headquarters located at 25 First St, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA. Customers will receive assistance during this training course with the implementation of your HubSpot subscription and the inbound methodology.

The Contextual Marketing Course consists of access to up to four (4) recorded webinars based on Contextual Marketing methodology delivered remotely to assist with your HubSpot subscription usage and Contextual Marketing Certification.

Inbound Success: Content Advantage 

For each month that you purchase the Inbound Success: Content Advantage services, we will provide up to one (1) "Inbound Campaign" per month. An "Inbound Campaign" can be: (a) a blog post campaign; or (b) a new offer campaign.

HubSpot will choose which Inbound Campaign to provide each month. If the Inbound Campaign involves written content (like, a blog), HubSpot will provide the written content and post the content for you. You will need to post the call-to-action for new offer campaigns. If HubSpot does not host your website, you will also need to post any content on your website. HubSpot does not provide revisions to the written content, so if you do not prefer to feature the content, you may remove the posting.

You need to have a HubSpot subscription to receive the Inbound Success: Content Advantage services. You will provide us with access to your HubSpot subscription in order for us to provide the Inbound Success: Content Advantage services to you. Our delivery of the Inbound Success: Content Advantage services is contingent on your provision of these requirements. HubSpot may provide some of or all of the Inbound Success: Content Advantage services through third party service providers.

Inbound Success: Non-Profit Advantage
