Learn MoreEmily began her HubSpot career in 2013 starting in Support. She became a Customer Training specialist and has no shame in admitting she loves to nerd out with a whiteboard, coffee, and a challenging workflow.
David joined HubSpot's Localization team in 2016. After two and a half years, he became a Customer Training Specialist to help customers all over the world grow better. He loves food, very cold beer, books, and the beach.
During her time at HubSpot on the Support and Customer Training teams, Sheena constantly strives to solve for the customer. She loves providing customers with the tools to reach that "a-ha!" moment.
Erica's been supporting Agency Partners and customers on the Partner Services team since 2016. She loves helping customer problem solve and utilize HubSpot to grow better! She loves being outdoors hiking or snowboarding.
Serena is passionate about all things content and spent the last 5 years helping brands in EMEA build and optimize their content marketing strategy. In her free time she loves cooking Italian food and working on DIY projects.
Jess began her HubSpot career as a Customer Success Manager, working directly with customers to help them reach their marketing and sales goals. She loves brainstorming solutions to sticky business problems and collaborating with customers. She's also a self-described comedy nerd, dog lover and wannabe chef.
Shane began her HubSpot career in 2018 coming from another Customer Training role in Charleston, SC. She loves meeting customers and learning about all the different use cases. In her spare time she’s hanging with Duck and Bear (her cats), traveling, and/or eating Smartfood popcorn.

The trainer was outstanding. She is kind, caring, warm, super knowledgeable, and funny. She made three days of classroom training seem like a breeze! She was so well prepared and gave great information for people who had just started using HS AND those who had been using it for a while. I had several "aha!" moments. She shared a ton of information without making us feel overwhelmed. I loved her "project snacks" tip. She was incredibly patient with us -- answering questions and showing us techniques. I'm sure she's done this a thousand times, but she seemed excited and kept the energy in the room high in a genuine way.
