A HubSpot Consultant will provide up to four (4) phone based consulting sessions to help you get the most out of your CRM system. We will guide you through process planning, best practices and team adoption to ensure your sales process matches the buyer's journey and the way your team likes to sell.

We will advise you on setting up your sales process in the HubSpot CRM as well as on inbound best practices and reporting. Our goal is to ensure your HubSpot CRM instance matches your sales process and the way your team likes to sell.

What's Included

The On-Site CRM Launch includes assistance with the set-up of your HubSpot CRM and/or HubSpot Sales installation. In addition, your consultant will provide guidance on how to optimize your inbound sales process including:

  • Reporting, analytics and measurement (incl. the HubSpot Reporting Add-on, if applicable)
  • Lead rotation and automation strategy
  • Sales and marketing alignment
  • CRM team adoption techniques
