Overview

Professional Suite Onboarding is designed for new customers who have purchased professional editions of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub as part of the Professional Growth Suite promotion who want a personalized implementation experience with attention dedicated to the alignment and consistency between all three Hubs.

Your Implementation Specialist will discuss and evaluate your current processes and make recommendations based on best practices we have developed. You will receive actionable advice on how to execute marketing campaigns, build deal pipelines, and delight customers using the Professional suite of tools.

This service may include, but is not limited to:

  • Access to an assigned Implementation Specialist for the first 90 days from the start of your HubSpot Professional Suite Software Subscription
  • A discovery session to uncover existing systems and processes in-place at your organization
  • Assistance with the technical setup associated with the HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs Professional Software
  • Guidance on developing, managing, and executing one (1) inbound campaign
  • Best practices for the Sales tools (Calling, Templates, Sequences, Meetings, Messages, Notifications, Workflows, Snippets,etc.) to help move leads along in the deal process.
  • Advice and guidance configuring the Helpdesk, Knowledge Base, Chat, or Customer Survey & SLA tools within Service Hub
  • Guidance on the best report structures to measure and track your success

You will also receive ongoing access to resources including:

    • The HubSpot Support Team
    • Certification courses, documentation, and training programs from the HubSpot Academy Team

Enterprise Suite Onboarding is our highest level of service, designed for new customers who have purchased enterprise editions of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub as part of the Enterprise Growth Suite promotion who want a personalized implementation experience with attention dedicated to the alignment and consistency between all three hubs.

Your HubSpot team will discuss and evaluate your current processes and make recommendations based on best practices we have developed. You will receive actionable advice on how to execute marketing campaigns, build deal pipelines, delight customers, and implement advanced functionality using the Enterprise suite of tools.

This service may include, but is not limited to:

  • Access to an assigned Inbound Consultant and Technical Consultant for the first 90 days from the start of your HubSpot Enterprise Suite Software Subscription
  • A discovery session to uncover existing systems and processes in-place at your organization
  • Assistance in setting up the HubSpot Enterprise features including: Single Sign-on, Teams, and Predictive Lead Scoring
  • Assistance with the technical setup associated with the HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs Enterprise hubs
  • Assistance with complex technical projects such as custom integrations, working with HubSpot’s API and training for your design and development teams
  • For customers moving from a marketing platform, assistance with rebuilding landing pages (up to 25), and email templates (up to 3)
  • Strategic guidance on your marketing, sales and customer success strategies

You will also receive ongoing access to resources including:

    • The HubSpot Support Team
    • Certification courses, documentation, and training programs from the HubSpot Academy Team
    • The HubSpot Customer Success team
