  • In this live 4-hour training we explore the Productivity tools in the HubSpot Sales Hub and how they can be leveraged within the sales process to drive efficiency and standardize best practices across a growing team.

    Highlights include:

    • Understanding how to easily navigate Deal records and record views. 
    • Logging Activities and using tasks to stay on top of all of your lead engagements. 
    • Building 1:1 email automation to maintain sales momentum.
    • Leveraging our tasks tool for effective time management.
  • Deals & Pipelines:

    • What is a deal? How do we create deals?
    • How do we capture information on a deal record?
    • How does it interact with other objects?
    • How do we group deals together to work effectively?

    Logging Activities:

    • What activities can I log on my contacts/deals?
    • How does this sync between records?
    • What is a task in HubSpot?
    • How can I effectively group similar tasks for maximum efficiency?
    • What is a shared task view? Can I decide how to manage my own tasks?

    Productivity Tools:

    • What are the different sales productivity tools in HubSpot?
    • How do these tools work together?
    • What is the difference between a sequence and a workflow? When should we use one over the other?
  • Each HubSpot training course is equipped with plenty of activities to help you apply what you have learned and keep you engaged from beginning to end. In this training course, you'll go through activities that will help you:

    • Create and manage deals in HubSpot
    • Manage your pipeline and tasks
    • Log various activity types on your contacts/companies/deals
    • Create templates and design sequences for sales efficiency
  • We design each HubSpot training to help you quickly and easily gain experience utilizing your Sales Hub tools. In this particular training you will see demos in the following areas:

    • Creating and managing deals in HubSpot
    • Creating and managing tasks in HubSpot
    • Building sales templates and sequences in HubSpot
    • Using all the Productivity tools together in cohesion.
