Rachel joined HubSpot in 2015 and is responsible for the HubSpot Customer Delight Program at HubSpot. Shealso  supports the Classroom Training Team in ensuring in-person training is a great experience for attendees. Rachel's focus on customer delight ranges from finding the best swag to order to sending personalized gifts to our customers who impress us everyday. Rachel started as the Front Desk Administrator and may have been responsible for a pizza delivery or two. 

Rachel graduated from Boston University with a degree in Advertising and a minor in Business Administration. When she's not sending out gifts to HubSpot customers, she loves spending time with her toy Australian Shepard Bunk.
