Rob specializes in providing high quality technical support to HubSpot clients. Prior to leading the Dedicated Support program at HubSpot, Rob worked at the Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE), which publishes scientific methodology video-articles in a innovative online video platform.
At HubSpot, Rob has provided technical support primarily to enterprise accounts, providing the flexibility, context and technical expertise required by large organizations.
