HubSpot’s Partner Resource Portal is built on a platform called Mindmatrix, a partner enablement platform.
The resource portal will give partners access to relevant sales collateral (e.g. pitch decks, one pagers), product knowledge and education to help you upskill, playbooks, campaign kits, co-brandable collateral, and access to MDF management (for eligible partners).
Within the portal, you can search a library of sales collateral, product documents, and program resources through native search and filtering, making it faster than ever to find the resources you need.
Since this portal is secure, we’ll be able to share critical resources with you such as competitive battlecards and more. For platinum, diamond, and elite partners, you’ll have exclusive access to early previews for product launches.

If you didn't receive an email with instructions on how to setup your account, you'll first want to make sure you are a user within your HubSpot partner self-purchase account within the users and teams settings.
If you're a user in your HubSpot account, you'll automatically be created an account with our Resource Portal, and you should receive an setup email with instructions.
If you are not a user in your HubSpot account, but want access to the resource portal, you'll need to add yourself to your HubSpot partner account (self purchase that has partner tools).
If you're already a user in your account, make sure you have an approved work email domain associated with your user.
Once completed, you can click 'forgot password' here, which will trigger a new setup email for you.

Make sure you’re using an approved work email that is connected to your HubSpot partner account and that you’re a user within your HubSpot partner account.

All untiered, gold, platinum, diamond and elite solutions partners are eligible for access. Your company can have as many users as you require.
In order to gain access, employees of partner businesses will need to ensure they're also a user within their HubSpot partner self-purchase account. From there, we have a bidirectional sync that creates you as a user in the resource portal.
Your username will be your work email.
Being a HubSpot partner who has access to this resource portal means that you may have access to confidential information, such as forward-looking marketing plans, upcoming product launches, and more. Because of this, we need to remind and confirm that all partner employees who have access to this information are aware of the importance of keeping information confidential.
Getting access to such information is a benefit and perk of being a solutions partner, helping us go to market together. This benefit can easily be taken away for all partners if there are any bad actors who intentionally or unintentionally share confidential information.

Yes, all Partner Development Managers (PDMs) will have access to this resource portal, so they can advise you as needed.
No. We have a bi-directional sync with partner employee emails that are in your HubSpot partner account. All you’d need to do is remove them as a user from your HubSpot partner account, which will automatically remove them from the resource portal.
