What is the HubSpot Partner Resource Portal?

HubSpot’s Partner Resource Portal is built on a platform called Mindmatrix, a partner enablement platform.

The resource portal will give partners access to relevant sales collateral (e.g. pitch decks, one pagers), product knowledge and education to help you upskill, playbooks, campaign kits, co-brandable collateral, and access to MDF management (for eligible partners).

By accessing our Partner Resource Portal, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are a HubSpot solutions partner in good standing.
You have completed the HubSpot Confidentiality Training, which you’ll be required to complete in the onboarding process when you login. This is due to the sensitive information you may have access to inside this portal.
Many of the materials shared with you through this resource portal are of highly confidential in nature, and you acknowledge that you are bound by confidentiality obligations under the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program Agreement (HSPPA).
You guarantee that neither you nor any of your employees will share access credentials to our portal (username, password) or any of the materials made available to you through the portal with anyone, unless it’s marked buyer-facing.

Mindmatrix (our resource portal) is an Optional Partner Program, as defined in the HSPPA. The HSPPA terms governing your use of Optional Program shall apply to your use of this portal.
In your use of this portal, you will abide by the HubSpot Acceptable Use Policy
You understand that your use and access will be visible and tracked by HubSpot (including what materials you download) for security purposes.

How to Get Access or Login

We’re currently in the process of implementing single sign-on to enable you to to seamlessly login through your HubSpot partner account credentials. While we work on this, please follow the below instructions. Note: On the backend, Mindmatrix has a list of partner approved email domains based on your employees who are in your partner account. This ensures that anyone who doesn’t work for a partner organization cannot access the platform.

How to Access The Partner Resource Portal

Your HubSpot partner account now seamlessly connects with our Resource Portal, powered by Mindmatrix. Here's what this means for you:

Get access to the Resource Portal using your existing HubSpot partner employee email
Your account creates automatically when you're a user in your HubSpot partner account with a valid partner employee email address. If you've changed domains or merged, you may need to check that your employee email domain matches.
Look for a welcome email from PartnerPortal@patner.hubspot.com with your login details title "Setup Your HubSpot Partner Resource Portal Account" - check you Spam Folder if you can't find it and check your IT security settings to see if it's being filtered out.
You may want to 'whitelist' the login URL if your company has security measures in place.

- Confirm you're using your work email address
Already a user in your HubSpot account but need portal access?

Frequently Asked Questions

If you didn't receive an email with instructions on how to setup your account, you'll first want to make sure you are a user within your HubSpot partner self-purchase account within the users and teams settings.

If you're a user in your HubSpot account, you'll automatically be created an account with our Resource Portal, and you should receive an setup email with instructions.

If you are not a user in your HubSpot account, but want access to the resource portal, you'll need to add yourself to your HubSpot partner account (self purchase that has partner tools).

If you're already a user in your account, make sure you have an approved work email domain associated with your user.

Once completed, you can click 'forgot password' here, which will trigger a new setup email for you.

If you're still not receiving the email, then reach out to jgraci@hubspot.com requesting assistance.

All untiered, gold, platinum, diamond and elite solutions partners are eligible for access. Your company can have as many users as you require.

In order to gain access, employees of partner businesses will need to ensure they're also a user within their HubSpot partner self-purchase account. From there, we have a bidirectional sync that creates you as a user in the resource portal.

Your username will be your work email.

Being a HubSpot partner who has access to this resource portal means that you may have access to confidential information, such as forward-looking marketing plans, upcoming product launches, and more. Because of this, we need to remind and confirm that all partner employees who have access to this information are aware of the importance of keeping information confidential.

Getting access to such information is a benefit and perk of being a solutions partner, helping us go to market together. This benefit can easily be taken away for all partners if there are any bad actors who intentionally or unintentionally share confidential information.

We are not limiting you to a certain number of licenses, so feel free to get your entire team onto this platform!

We’re continuously adding new resources and assets to the portal, so please be patient as we get things running.

However, if there is a specific resource you’re seeking that isn’t available, please submit your request to this form and we’ll review requests on a monthly basis.

Pre-launch product previews for select eligible partners 2-weeks prior to major product releases (eligible for platinum, diamond, and elite partners)

Yes, all Partner Development Managers (PDMs) will have access to this resource portal, so they can advise you as needed.

No. We have a bi-directional sync with partner employee emails that are in your HubSpot partner account. All you’d need to do is remove them as a user from your HubSpot partner account, which will automatically remove them from the resource portal.

No. At this time, we’re only hosting HubSpot-approved assets that enable partners. If you’re an app partner seeking to share helpful collateral with solutions partners, you can connect with the app partner team to explore options.
